As the banners / backdrops are made to order and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an incorrect banner due to our error, contact us right away, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Incorrect addresses & returns-to-shipper packages

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, it may result in delays in the delivery of your package. Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable and you still require the items, we are available to assist you. You may arrange for reshipment by supplying an updated address and covering the associated reshipment fee.
